Battle Moons
Info
For moons so many that no creature can count them, the four Clans of creatures: SeaClan of the ocean, StoneClan of the mountains, StormClan of the moorlands and
SecretClan of the valleys and marshes - lived together in (mostly) peace. Except for the occasional squabbles over prey and territory, they prospered and grew in happiness and contentment.
But all that ended when the Nightprowlers came.
The Nightprowlers! Ruthless, cold-blooded murderers, hungry for territory and the spilt blood of the Clans. Those slinking shadows that haunt every Clan-creature's nightmares. They steal prey, kill creatures. Since they came, no Clan-creature can go out alone without looking constantly over his or her shoulder. Too many have died. Nowhere is there safety.
And at last, the storms of battle are sweeping over the lands.
Tawnystar says: Hey all you leaders, go make yourself moderators of your Clan boards! ^^ I can't be bothered to do it for you...
Nameless says: Rubystar says: Hehe. I don't know if this is worth putting up here, but I made a new skin called Terror Moons. Hope you all like it.

Battle Moons is a multi-species RPG based the Warriors Series by Erin Hunter. Yours truly was bored by all the Clans and cats RPGs, so she modified it a little to form new ranks and Clans. Oh, and the Nightprowlers. If this is your first time here, you might be a little confused, so here's the important info you need to know.
Organizations In Battle Moons, there are four Clans and the Nightprowlers. And also Loners. Read on to find out more about them.
SeaClan SeaClan occupies the territory by the sea. They love the ocean and cannot bear to be far from it for long. They are loyal, passionate about their beliefs, and love to relax and have fun. They value friendships and relationships very highly, though they put their Clan before all else. They can sometimes be headstrong and impulsive, though, and their courage sometimes puts them in difficult situations if they think before acting. StoneClan StoneClan occupies the mountain territory. They are hardy and conscientious, steady workers who never give up. They are brave in a quiet sort of way, not throwing themselves forward, but always ready to lend a paw or wing. They always stop to think before acting, and this are considered wise by many. They have a softer side too: they have a fond spot for young ones, and will die to defend their Clan, family or friends. They are ferocious, dogged fighters. StormClan StormClan occupies the windswept, moorland territory. They are fast runners and excel at hunting. They are intelligent and tricky, and none can equal their battle tactics in fighting. When making a deal with them, be wary: they will try their best to get the better side of it. They are proud and infinitely loyal to their Clan, and refuse to accept help from other Clans. It is said that they will try their best to take advantage of every situation, yet they will do anything to pay back a debt they have incurred. SecretClan Of all the Clans, perhaps least is known about this Clan. They occupy the wet, marshy territory. They are secretive, and avoid contact with other Clans whenever possible. They are masters of stealth; it is said that they are softer and quieter than a shadow. However, they can be fierce if they want to, and are quick and nimble fighters. Their agility probably stems from having to navigate the dangerous marshes of their home. Also, they are able to disappear like mist and reappear behind you as a surprise attack, due to their ability at hiding. Loners Loners are animals not attached to any Clan or Nightprowlers. They wander where they wish, whenever they wish. They are varied and many, personalities differing greatly from one another, being bound by no code of honour. Thus, many Clan-creatures count them untrustworthy and deceptive and attack them or drive them off territory on sight. They often work towards individual goals. Nightprowlers The Nightprowlers are an organization of fierce and bloodthirsty creatures. Their ultimate goals are power and territory, and thus they aim to kill all Clan-creatures and even Loners. They do not balk at slaying, and hate the Clans. From young, their creatures are trained to kill, cruelly, and taught to hate the Clans and other animals other than the Nightprowlers themselves.
Systems The Clans and Nightprowlers have their own unique systems. Here they are. (I modified the Clan system slightly from the Warriors one)
Clan System Leader - The leader makes important decisions for the Clan, and, in general, leads. Each leader has nine lives, granted to him or her by StarClan. Because of their duty to their Clan, female leaders are not allowed to have mate or have young. Deputy - The deputy assists the leader and takes charge when the leader is not around. He or she will succeed as leader if the current leader dies. Because of their duty to their Clan, female deputies are not allowed to have mate or have young. Healer - The Healer cares for the wounded and is sacred to StarClan. They can commune with StarClan and have the gift of prophesy. Both male and female Healers are not allowed to mate or have young. Warriors - The Warriors are charged with defending the Clan. They are trained in battle arts and are what the Clan depends on to fight for them. Hunters - The Hunters are charged with feeding the Clan. They are trained in hunting skills and the Clan depends on them for food and prey. Scouts - The Scouts patrol the Clan's borders and territory, alert for intruders and danger. They are trained in stealth and some basic battle skills. They alert the Warriors if the Clan is being invaded. Apprentices - The apprentices are in training to become Warriors, Hunters or Scouts. At the age when they are deemed old enough to become apprentices, they are asked which path they want to take - Warrior, Hunter or Scout - and then apprenticed to a Warrior, Hunter or Scout respectively. They are expected to obey their mentor and those above them, and be respectful at all times. Queens - Queens are female animals who are pregnant or have Younglings with them. They are cared for by the other Knowns of the Clan and devote all their energies to caring for their young. When a warrior, Hunter or Scout becomes pregnant, she becomes a Queen. After her young have become Apprentices, she can go back to being a Warrior, Hunter or Scout. Younglings - Younglings are the young ones of any Clan, cared for by their mothers, the Queens, until they are deemed old enough to become Apprentices. Elders - Few Warriors, Hunters or Scouts live long enough to become Elders, but those who do are respected and revered by the Clan. They are not required to carry out any duties, and allowed to spend their days relaxing.
Nightprowler System Alpha - The Nightprowlers are led by a single creature called the Alpha. He has the power to order any creature, Nightprowler or not, killed, and see it done. Sometimes, the Alpha is assassinated by ambitious Nightprowlers. When the Alpha is killed, the most powerful Nightprowler at that time becomes the next Alpha. Beta - The Alpha's second in command. He or she passes on the Alpha's orders to the Squad leaders. The Beta is chosen by the Alpha, so when a Alpha dies, the Beta is either demoted, or, more often, killed, and a new one raised. Squad Leaders - The Nightprowlers are divided into squads of five to ten creatures. Each of them is led by a Squad leader (positions are first-come first-serve!) The Squad leader takes orders from the Beta and commands his or her squad. Squad follower - The Squad followers follow the orders of their Squad leaders. Each squad works together as a team. If Nightprowlers take mates, they usually take mates among their own squad Knowns, through few Nightprowler young survive.
Names The Clans have a name system like the Warriors one. The loners and Nightprowlers do not have a name system.
Clan leader - Name ends in 'star'. Example Tawnystar, Moonstar, Redstar Clan deputy - Keeps warrior/Hunter/Scout name. Example Tawnyfire, Moonfang, Redwing Healer/Warrior/Hunter/Scout - Has a name consisting of two words joined together. Example Tawnyfire, Moonfang, Redwing Apprentice - Name ends in 'paw'(cats, wolves, foxes etc.) or 'tip' (birds). Example Tawnypaw, Moonpaw, Redtip Youngling - Name ends in 'kit' (cats), 'pup' (wolves, foxes etc) or 'chick' (birds). Example Tawnykit, Moonpup, Redchick. Queen/Elder - Keeps Warrior/Hunter/Scout name. Example Tawnyfire, Moonfang, Redwing
Loner/Nightprowler - Name can be anything, but not a Clan-style name. Example Thunder, Kali, Fluffy (just joking...XD)
Species As I said before, Battle Moons is a multi-species RPG. In order to prevent too many species of animals wandering around this site and causing confusion, here is the list of accepted species that your charries can be. I think that's all. If you have any questions, you can post them on the 'Questions, Comments and Suggestions' board. Have fun!
